Expanding Accessibility

Following the two Fat Liberation community group programs this year, Erica Joy is facilitating an open casual community conversation, Expanding Accessibility. We’ll be honing in on the intersection between fatness and disability, as two groups that are marginalized highly due to a societal refusal of physical accessibility and medical prejudice/neglect. This space is for anyone to join, but it will center fat + disabled folks. This a donation-based event, and donations will go towards subsidized + sponsored spots for future Fat Liberation community group programs.
